If your product develops an issue during the warranty period, please submit a Warranty Request and provide detailed information about the problem. Including your product model, order number, purchase date, and clear photos or videos of the issue will help us process your request more efficiently.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To begin your warranty claim:
1. Contact Feyran Support
Request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your product.
2. Prepare Your Return Package
Please include the following items:
- Original purchase invoice or order confirmation
- Your RA number
- A detailed description of the issue
3. Ship Your Product
Send the unit (prepaid) to the address provided by our support team after your RA is approved.
Note: Please keep all original packaging until your warranty claim is fully processed, as it may be required during inspection.
